Biography
Jenna M. Weber is an associate attorney practicing exclusively in the area of immigration law at Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC. Jenna represents clients in a wide variety of immigration-related cases, including family-based immigration matters, U-visas, T-visas, VAWAs, waiver applications, removal defense, and much more.
Jenna was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She has always maintained a passion for serving and uplifting under-represented communities. Jenna obtained her B.A. from the University of Washington in Seattle and volunteered at Centro de la Raza and other community cultural centers during her undergraduate career.
Jenna received her Juris Doctor Degree from Seattle University in 2023. During law school, Jenna worked as a Northwest Immigrant Rights Project intern, specifically in their humanitarian unit, assisting in seeing cases to completion. She also interned at Kids in Need of Defense providing legal aid to unaccompanied minors and their family members and at a private immigration firm managing several family-based immigration cases.
After graduating from law school, Jenna moved into immigration private practice. She started her career as a law clerk in August of 2023 at Rios Immigration Defense P.S. After passing the Washington state Bar, her title changed to immigration attorney. In May of 2024, Jenna joined Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC as an immigration attorney. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Jenna is a fluent Spanish speaker.
