Gregory F. Cromwell, a partner of the firm, has over 30 years of experience in representing condominium and single family dwelling homeowners' associations, and currently represents over 100 such associations.  He is a member of the Community Association Institute, a national organization which focuses exclusively on association issues and information.  He speaks at seminars sponsored by property management companies regarding timely Association issues.  He and his department's representation of associations includes, among other services:

In providing such services to association clients we work with many professional property management companies and property managers, and also directly with Board's of associations without professional management.

Mr. Cromwell's homeowners' association team includes Margrethe Merritt and Alison Pacunski, experienced paralegals who for many years have handled association matters including direct communications with managers, Board members, owners responding to our client associations' collection or enforcement efforts.  Another member of our team is associate attorney Amy Meharry.  Ms. Meharry is very experienced in litigation, and assists Mr. Cromwell with all aspects of association representation.   Our association department has a proven track record of successfully handling and completing assessments and compliance matters between client homeowners' associations and members, through both negotiation and litigation.
