Raymond’s practice area focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Probate Litigation, Trusts, Wills, Business & Corporate formation and litigation and Business Bankruptcy and Insolvency work.

Mr. Gessel is also admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

Mr. Gessel has successfully represented individuals and businesses throughout the state of Washington for the past 24 years. Raymond has served on several committees of the Washington State Bar Association including a term as the former chair of the Washington State Bar Association committee on professionalism. He has served as a Boy Scout leader and is currently a member of the Kent Rotary Club. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys skiing and water sports.
