Amy E. Meharry focuses her practice in the Homeowners' Association Field, Family Law, and Adoptions.

Amy works with Partner Gregory F. Cromwell in providing legal services to Homeowners' Associations. She also has extensive experience in Family Law; including dissolutions of marriage, legal separations, meretricious/cohabitation relationships, parenting plan and child support modifications, child support adjustments, paternity issues, step-parent and international adoptions. Amy currently works on cases in both King and Pierce Counties. She also enjoys volunteering for the Kent Legal Clinic, and participating in the South King County Bar Association as Vice President.

Prior to joining Hanis, Irvine, Prothero, Amy worked Of Counsel with Curran Law Firm practicing Family Law and Real Estate Law and as an Associate attorney for Tim Edwards & Associates practicing Family Law. During her time with Curran Law Firm, Amy was nominated as the November, 2009, volunteer of the month by the King County Bar Association for handling a Child Support Modification matter pro bono.

During law school, Amy interned for two years with Davies Pearson, where she began practicing law after being admitted to the bar in 2003.

Amy spends her free time with her family and loves running, water-skiing, down-hill skiing, and cycling.
