Jennifer R. Hill

Associate Attorney
Kent , Washington

Jennifer R. Hill recently joined Gregory F. Cromwell in the HOA practice group of Hanis Irvine Prothero.  Jennifer was raised in Georgia and attended college there before moving to Boston, MA to earn her law degree.  As part of her law school’s cooperative learning program, she completed internships with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office Felony Domestic Violence Unit and with Legal Voice, both in Seattle; and with Hon. Spencer M. Kagan, Massachusetts Probate & Family Court, and the Greater Boston Legal Services Family Law Unit, both in the Boston/Cambridge area.  After graduation, Jennifer moved to Washington State and began her practice as a community associations attorney at Condominium Law Group, PLLC in Seattle.

Jennifer has over four years of experience advising community associations on both general counsel and collections issues.  Much of her past work has focused on interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, as well as drafting of governing document amendments and restatements.  She frequently attends and leads educational seminars held by the Washington State Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and local management companies.  Jennifer also volunteers as a pro bono attorney with the Immigrant Families Advocacy Project, and she is Co-President of the University of Georgia Puget Sound Alumni Association.

When the weather is cooperating, Jennifer loves hiking, biking and camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  In the rest of her free time, she enjoys cooking (especially baking), practicing yoga, and watching college football.
